Book direct, get better backup. Changes, refunds—even car-rental insurance claims—are faster and cleaner when you book with providers directly.

They listened on our consult, tailored a Google Doc of suggestions, added driving/currency/culture tips, and set up WhatsApp for on-the-go help. We even discovered Briançon thanks to them, and felt truly ready and relaxed.

Testimonials

First trip to France, solo and nervous. Tripologiste gave me resources, an itinerary with pick-and-choose options, metro guidance, and neighborhood/dinner advice. I felt supported the whole time. Never overwhelmed, just excited.

Support while you travel

  • Channels: WhatsApp and email (share your live location if helpful).

  • Hours: 08:00–20:00 Central European time (CET/CEST), daily while you’re away.

  • Response time: We prioritize travelers on the road—typically within 2 hours during support hours.

  • After-hours: Message us anytime; we’ll reply next morning. For true emergencies, call 112 first, then update us.

What we help with on-trip: same-day pivots, rain-day swaps, route tweaks, restaurant suggestions, closure/work-around intel, and re-sequencing to keep things smooth.
What we don’t do: sell or hold tickets, guarantee availability, or operate as a 24/7 concierge. We’ll guide you and provide scripts/links to resolve issues with airlines, hotels, and tour providers.

Deliverables you’ll receive

  • Trip blueprint (PDF)

  • Curated lists (stays/activities/dining with links)

  • Optional day-by-day itinerary (where useful)

  • Transport & timing plan

  • Custom Google Map

  • Booking order & checklist

  • On-trip support info (how to reach us + tips)

How we’ll work together

  • Two planning touchpoints + one final review (more if needed).

  • First draft: usually 5–7 business days after we receive your questionnaire.

  • Refinements: reasonable tweaks are included; major re-routes or last-minute date changes may require an add-on.

Booking—guided, but booked direct (not done for you)

You keep control of your reservations and card details. We guide you and—whenever possible—recommend booking direct with airlines, hotels, car rentals, and rail operators.

Why direct is better:

  • Faster fixes when plans change — the provider can help you immediately without a middleman.

  • Clearer coverage for claims — for things like a car-rental insurance claim, the insurer usually needs documents (rental agreement, damage report, receipts) straight from the rental company; third-party bookings can add delays or finger-pointing.

  • Cleaner records — one confirmation number, fewer mismatched details.

  • Loyalty & perks — status recognition and benefits are more reliable on direct bookings.

  • Fewer surprise terms — cancellations and changes are simpler when there isn’t a second set of conditions.

When a third-party can make sense: using points portals, rare package-only promos, or niche consolidator fares. We’ll flag those edge cases and help you minimize risk.

What we provide:

  • Direct links and booking order (what to book first, and why)

  • Heads-up on release windows (e.g., train seat drops, museum slots)

  • Reservation reminders and sanity checks before you lock things in

What we don’t do: sell or hold tickets, take your card details, or act as a 24/7 concierge. We’re your planning partner and guide.

What’s not included

Flights, hotels, tours, tickets, insurance, visas, or payments on your behalf.
We don’t collect commissions; recommendations are unbiased.
