Most clients receive a first draft within 5–7 business days after we receive the questionnaire (varies by complexity and season).

 

Step 3 — Refine + finalize

 

Two planning touchpoints + a final review. Reasonable tweaks included; major reroutes or last-minute date changes may require an add-on.

Support while you travel (Full Trip Design)

  • Support hours: 8:00–20:00 CET/CEST, daily during your trip

  • Typical response time: within 2 hours during support hours

  • We help with: same-day pivots, rain-day swaps, route tweaks, closures/work-arounds, resequencing

  • We don’t: sell/hold tickets, guarantee availability, or operate as a 24/7 concierge

  • We don’t book or take payment for any travel components. You book directly. We provide curated shortlists (when applicable), direct links, and a recommended booking order so you can book confidently.

  • You’ll start with a quick trip idea form. We’ll reply by email with recommended next steps and the exact fee. If you decide to move forward, you’ll purchase and then complete a more detailed questionnaire so we can tailor everything to your preferences and needs.
